center in a house that dates from 1890. Under the direction of international chef Axel Gockenbach,
Bistro “La Casona” prepares delicacies that include vegetarian entrées and traditional German dishes,
as well as a variety of hors d’oeuvres that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. At "La Casona"
you can find board games, enjoy Cuban cigars, and taste regional wines to the rhythms of jazz, blues,
and Bolivian and regional musical genres. The “La Casona Delicatessen y Bodega” offers fine cheeses,
varied cold meats, wines, and liquors from local producers and renowned international brands.
